Kayla Lambrecht, DPT

From Berthold, ND, Kayla received her bachelor's degree from the University of North Dakota in Exercise Science in 2008. Kayla went to further her education at the University of Mary and received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2011. Kayla has been providing physical therapy services to the Minot area for over the past 10 years. She has experience working with orthopedic and sports-related injuries and enjoys helping people return to work and play. She is skilled in manual therapeutic interventions and will provide specific functional-based exercises that meet her patient’s individual needs. She is certified in Functional Dry Needling 1, Kinesio Taping KT1 and KT2, running and gait analysis and return to sports training. Her goal is to provide quality care to all people and get them back to the living life and seeking a healthy lifestyle.
Outside of work, Kayla likes to enjoy time with her husband Tom, and boys, Leo and Max. She enjoys camping, fishing, and the outdoors. She is an avid sports fan, with a love for playing, watching, and coaching. She also enjoys training and running 10k, and half marathons.
